The CCIO Group has its origins in real estate sector and this is still its major activity both in economic terms and also in terms of business experience, resulting in a strong capacity at the entire real estate project management cycle, which includes land management, construction and marketing.

Our real estate division is made up by several sections, which are:

LAND MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT SECTION

The technical real estate consultancy department, with a lead team comprising of a multidisciplinary group of in-house and external experts, is handling at the moment a portfolio of more than 4,5 millions meters of land, including own and external land. This portfolio comprehends all possible land uses and classifications and is to be developed into 1 million square metres of floor space, having in account that is backed up by the successful development of another 1.8 million square metres of land which produced a constructed area of 468,000 square metres.

CONSTRUCTION SECTION

The CCIO group has to date urbanised and built almost 100,000 square metres of floor space, including residential developments, business premises and tourist apartments as well as performing rehabilitation work in residential and tourist buildings.

With a permanent workforce of 50 people and a pool of 120 temporary employees, the CCIO construction division has consolidated its market presence through its capacity to undertake any building challenge, having at the moment more than 1mm of meters of floor space to develop.

An added advantage of the construction section is that the CCIO group's Industrial Division has an industrial carpentry facility with a production capacity of 100,000 doors and 11,000 square metres of windows per year, among other products, and it has an extraordinary capacity to adjust production to specific design and material requirements.

REAL ESTATE MARKETING AND WEALTH MANAGEMENT SECTION

Also a strong feature of the group, managed by the marketing department, this area has developed into an independent line of business in its own right insofar that, since its creation, it has been designed not only to handle the Group's own products, but also, in both its philosophy and its structure, to offer its services to any other company requiring real estate wealth management.

Made up of an international team of professionals, the department has analyzed and selected the best real estate investment portfolios for the Group and its clients and, in parallel, it has structured, trained and supervised ad¬hoc marketing teams adapted to the specific needs of each real estate development project, giving them the training and the tools necessary to achieve optimum results.
